Abstract

The aim of this research paper is to study the mechanism of financial system development among Islamic
Institutions, since these institutions are started late in Oman comparing to other GCC Countries. Therefore, the
financial systems of these banks are under development and Central Bank of Oman playing a big role in
regulating and monitoring both Islamic and Commercial Banks in terms of financial procedures & investment
policies.
